Our terms of Payment for account customers is strictly within 14 days.
We reserve the right to ask for a security deposit, which will be refunded on return of equipment.
All equipment will remain the property of Rees Sound Systems until paid for in full.
Proof of identity will be required when collecting equipment
e.g. passport, driving licence etc.
All equipment hired remains the property of the company.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to keep and return the equipment in working order and in the condition it was collected.
Late returns will be charge for pro rata
If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the commencement of the hire, a charge of 50% of the hire cost will apply.
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the commencement of the hire, the full hire cost will apply.
Insurance of all equipment is the hirer’s responsibility.
Damaged or missing items will be charged for at replacement cost.
Cables are supplied neatly coiled and taped and must be returned in a similar fashion.
All equipment hired should be installed and operated by a competent person.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property whilst the equipment is on hire.
We reserve the right to change our price list at any time without notice.
All prices listed in our catalogue are exclusive of V.A.T
