Payment
Payment terms for account customers are strictly within 14 days from date of the Invoice
Cash Accounts and non-Credit account customers will need to make payment as cleared funds either before or at the time of collection.
We reserve the right to ask for a security deposit, which will be refunded upon safe return of equipment.
All prices listed in our (quotes or price list) catalogue are exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to amend our price list at any time without notice.
All equipment will remain the property of Rees Sound Systems Limited at all times during the hire period
For all overdue Invoices a collection agency fee of 10% charge of the outstanding Invoice amount will be added to the Invoice.
We reserve the right to charge a further additional fee of 3% per day until payment is made.
Collection of Equipment
Proof of identity will be required when collecting equipment e.g. passport, driving licence.
Equipment will be available for collection at 9.00am on the day of hire unless otherwise agreed in advance.
All Equipment should be returned at 9.00am on the following day unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Return of Equipment
Late returns will be charged on a pro rata basis for every 24 hours that the equipment is delayed
All Cables will be supplied neatly coiled and taped and must be returned in a similar fashion to avoid any additional handling fees
Cancellation
A Cancellation charge will be made for any cancellation made within 30 days of the delivery date at a rate of 50% of the cost of hire.
Cancellation made within 14 days of the delivery date will incur the full cost of hire.
Insurance/Liability
It is the hirer’s responsibility to have appropriate insurance cover in place at the time of hire to cover any loss or damage caused by the hirer.
Damaged or missing items will be charged for at replacement cost.
All equipment hired should be installed and operated by a competent person.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property whilst the equipment is on hire.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to keep and return the equipment in good working order and in the same condition that it was collected.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of the Quotation
Equipment and Labour is subject to availability at time of confirmation.
